“Kyiv aviation plant “Aviant” is founded in 1920. For short period it
evolved from repairing of aviation equipment to serial producing of
aircraft.
Plant “Aviant”
has considerable production facilities, complex of special and universal
equipment for producing of aircraft spare parts, rigging and tools, system
of preparation of serial production – all this allows to produce aircraft
of different purposes.
Peculiarity of
plant “Aviant” is having of practically all kinds of production necessary
for producing and testing of aircraft of different classes and purpose by
full cycle.
Since 1982 till
present plant produce multi-purpose aircraft AN-32 that recommended itself
especially well in climatic conditions of India. Aircraft has transport
(AN-32B) and fire-killer (AN-32P) variants (already produced 355 such
aircraft). In present time performs work for upgrading of aircraft:
increasing of takeoff capacity, reducing of quantity of crew members,
enlarging of flight range, extension of service life of engines.
Employees of
plant “Aviant” see its prospects in mastering and serial producing of
aircraft AN-148, AN-70 (in addition to continuation of producing of
aircarft AN-32).
Aircarft AN-148
designed to transport up to 85 passengers for range from two to 4500 km
with speed 850 km/h.
On 17th
of December of 2004 aircraft AN-148 performed its maiden flight. In 2007
successfully passed certification tests and in February of 2007 got Type
Certificate, and in August of 2007 – Certificate of production approving on
plant “Aviant”. In present time actively performs serial producing of
aircraft AN-148.
Aircraft ÀN-70 – this is unique
military-tarnsport aircraft with no analogues in the world. It provides
delivery of almost all nomenclature of weapons and military technique with
mass 30-47 t for range 5000-1350 km correspondingly with speed 750-800 km/h, paradropping
of equipment and people from high and low heights. Depending from way of
using ÀN-70 can be
operated from concrete runways with length 1800 m and from unpaved
runways with length 600-900
m as well.
In present time
plant “Aviant” fulfills agreement for supply of first aircraft AN-70
concluded with Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
“Aviant” invites
